Japanese Martial Art, Kendo

Japanese Martial Art, Kendo, which means "by the sword" can not trace their roots all the way back to the Middle Ages and is often associated with the legendary Samurai warriors. Also approached the modern era, and denied Samurai Kendo principles class made its way to the application of the law and, ultimately, a sport very enjoyable.
Today, Kendo training makes use of protective equipment and shinai (bamboo sword), which allow workers to achieve by force. Certainly it adds a real element of safety still in mind.
Such as Karate and Kendo kata is also used, but unlike Karate, usually done by two people attack and defense, to show.
